What is the main difference between Basic, Plus and Pro?
Basic uses your available Google Drive space for one event. Plus includes a 100 GB Hatırala cloud archive for one event. Pro gives planners and venues up to 20 active events per month with a shared 500 GB cloud pool.
Where are uploaded photos and videos stored?
With Basic, files go to the Google Drive folder created for your event. Plus and Pro keep files in the Hatırala cloud and display them as a gallery in your panel.
How long can guests upload?
The upload window is 7 days on Basic and 90 days on Plus and Pro. The same private link and QR code work throughout that period, and Plus and Pro files stay available to view and download for 12 months after the event date.
How do I download the collected files?
Basic files are available directly in your Google Drive. Plus and Pro files can be viewed and downloaded from the cloud gallery in your Hatırala panel.
